Bulldog Title Insurance Agency, LLC was established in 1992 by Kathy and Ben Marshall to handle the real estate title needs of buyers, sellers, lenders, realtors, brokers, and builders throughout Louisiana.  Our firm's name is derived from our beloved English Bulldog, "Elvis," who adopted Ben when Kathy moved from Washington, DC to Monroe, Louisiana in 1994.

Since Bulldog Title commenced business more than a decade ago, our family owned and operated company has grown at a phenomenal rate.  We attribute this success to the level of customer service, communication, and personal attention we offer to every single one of our clients.  Bulldog Title has set the standard for excellence in this industry throughout Louisiana, and our commitment and loyalty to our community is unrivaled.
