Benjamin F. Marshall, IV - AttorneyBenjamin F. Marshall, IV, has practiced real estate law since 1985. A native of Monroe, Ben graduated from Neville High School in 1977, Louisiana State University “LSU” in Baton Rouge in 1981 and Tulane Law School in 1984. After a federal clerkship in Lafayette, Louisiana, Ben worked hands-on in courthouses across the South “clearing” right-of-way in the pipeline industry.
In 1987, Ben joined the McGlinchey Stafford, PLLC, law firm concentrating in litigation and real estate transactions. Two years later, Ben established his own firm in Monroe, and later formed Bulldog Title with his wife, Kathy McClendon, whom he married in 1996.
A “recovering politician,” Ben formerly served on the Ouachita Parish Police Jury (Louisiana’s uniquely named version of a county commission) from 1992-2000, acting as President for the last two years. Ben continues to volunteer in various political campaigns and community causes.
Ben is licensed to practice law in four states -- Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi and Texas.
Ben enjoys the outdoors, cooking, traveling and all spectator sports.
Kathy Marshall - Closing CoordinatorKathy Marshall manages the daily operations of Bulldog Title Insurance Agency, LLC. A Louisiana native, Kathy grew up working in her grandmother’s retail clothing store and later received a degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. After earning her degree, Kathy managed shops for Victoria’s Secret and later opened her own retail businesses in the Washington, DC area.
Kathy’s strong customer service background results in attention to need and a level of client care that is unmatched by any title company anywhere. Kathy instills this same spirit of customer service in all of her employees. Kathy is a notary public.
C. Lynn TubbMr. Tubb is a 1965 graduate of Louisiana State University and a 1971 graduate of LSU law school. From 1965 until 1968, Mr. Tubb served his country as a U.S. Marine.
Mr. Tubb has practiced law for more than 35 years and currently shares office space at Bulldog Title. His background includes several years as an attorney for a local bank trust department and 20 years as in-house counsel for the Ouachita Parish Police Jury, the governing body of Ouachita Parish, Louisiana.
Mr. Tubb brings a wealth of experience in the areas of litigation, real estate and governmental law.
