Kathy Marshall manages the daily operations at Bulldog Title. A Louisiana native, Kathy worked at her grandmother’s clothing store before going to New York to receive a degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology. After managing shops for Victoria’s Secret and opening her own retail businesses in Washington, D.C., Kathy returned to Louisiana, where she and her husband Benjamin founded Bulldog Title.
Kathy’s years in retail management and customer service served her well as she managed Bulldog’s operations and allowed her to instill a culture of professionalism and customer satisfaction that touch every aspect of Bulldog’s services. Kathy’s emphasis on customer care has helped clients all over the state. Kathy Marshall is also a notary public.
Benjamin F. Marshall,
A Monroe native, Benjamin Marshall has been practicing real estate law in Louisiana and across the South since 1985. A graduate of LSU and Tulane Law School, Ben has a comprehensive knowledge of the issues surrounding real estate transactions and title. He is licensed to practice law in Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi and Texas, and before founding Bulldog Title with his wife he worked across the South “clearing” right-of-way for the pipeline industry.
A “recovering politician,” Ben formerly served on the Ouachita Parish Police Jury (which is the Louisiana equivalent of a county commission) from 1992-2000, acting as President for the last two years. Ben continues to volunteer in various political campaigns and community causes.
